Daniel Rashtian is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Rashtian Law Group. Mr. Rashtian is a skilled litigator with extensive experience representing and counseling a diverse array of clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Rashtian has successfully represented individuals as plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters involving employment law, personal injury, partnership disputes, construction, and real estate disputes. Mr. Rashtian has experience representing large and small businesses in complex business litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, insurance coverage, bad faith, intellectual property, class actions, unfair competition, and Proposition 65. He cares for and tenaciously represents all of his clients, regardless of size.

Mr. Rashtian has been a litigator since 2003. Mr. Rashtian received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from UCLA. Mr. Rashtian was then trained at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country. He then spent nearly two decades as a litigator at renowned international law firms and trial firms, wherein he honed his skills in all aspects of litigation.
